Jamima Hector is a Nigerian-born media entrepreneur of Nigerian and Austrian heritage. Born to a Nigerian father and an Austrian mother, her multicultural background has given her a broad perspective on Nigeria, Africa and the wider world. She is the founder and publisher of JHECTA, a digital news network created to deliver credible journalism and meaningful stories to modern audiences.
Jamima created JHECTA to build a professional Nigerian news network that reports important stories with accuracy, context and relevance. Her goal is to create a platform where Nigerian and African stories can reach audiences around the world, while international events can also be understood from a Nigerian and African perspective.
