Jhecta is an Australian media and entertainment company building an international presence across news, music, and live entertainment. Under the joint leadership of founder Jemima Hector and co-owner Stella Chin Akoma, the company is pursuing a vision that connects journalism, musical talent, and live experiences with audiences around the world.

Founded by Jemima Hector in Australia, Jhecta entered a defining new chapter in September 2026, when Stella Chin Akoma acquired 50% of the company's existing shares, establishing an equal ownership partnership.

Today, both women serve as Co-Chief Executive Officers (Co-CEOs), sharing executive leadership and responsibility for the company's strategic direction, growth, and long-term ambitions.

Their vision extends beyond traditional media and recorded music. Alongside its news operations and record label, Jhecta aims to explore opportunities in major concerts, international music tours, festivals, and large-scale live entertainment.

Together, they are working towards building a company that informs audiences, develops musical talent, creates live entertainment opportunities, and connects creative communities across borders.

Jemima Hector founded Jhecta in Australia, establishing the foundation for the company's development and future ambitions. As Co-CEO, she continues to share responsibility for its strategic direction, business development, and international growth alongside Stella Chin Akoma.

She represents the founding vision and the continuing evolution of Jhecta.

Stella Chin Akoma became an equal shareholder in Jhecta in September 2026, acquiring 50% of the company's existing shares. As Co-Owner and Co-CEO, she shares executive authority and responsibility for advancing the company's vision across news, music, and entertainment.

She represents equal ownership, joint leadership, and a shared commitment to Jhecta's future.
